45 Minute Monday Class - 16th February

Another calmly focused session today. We started with the Hover and then onto Hip Lifts and Rainbows, a strong Figure of 4, Baby Drop and Double Toe Tap combo with an effortless optional flow of Straight Leg Scissor into Single Toe Tap should your body feel tired today.
