If you are completely new to Pilates and would like to improve your strength, pelvic floor, core muscles and overall body tone, learn how to relax and unwind, my gentle weekly classes will be perfect for you. With 20+ years of experience and knowledge I will guide you and support you as we work gently together improving our balance, renewing our energy and loosening up our tight bodies.
Join me live on Monday at 11am for 30 minutes Stretch, Tuesday at 11am for Chair Pilates and again on Wednesday at 11am for 45 minutes of gentle Pilates. The live sessions will be recorded each week and made available to you in the Members Video Library.
