In the peaceful village of Norton-sub-Hamdon, I hold my weekly Friday class in the lovely village hall. With its open beams, wooden floors, and French windows overlooking the fields, the space is calm and relaxing.

I hold two classes every Friday morning from 0930-1030 and 1045-1145. The cost is £30 for a four weekly subscription or £10 pay as you go.

All equipment is provided including mats, sheepskins, blankets, blocks, squidgy pilate balls, cork balls for massage and yoga straps.
