Hello and welcome

My name is Belle, and I have been teaching pilates for 20 years. I trained with Michael King at the Michael King Pilates Institute in London where I gained my Mat Based Pilates Diploma. Previous to this I qualified in Exercise to Music and have taught aerobics, step, body toning and circuits. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor.

I have loved it all.

Pilates has been my constant passion. I have enjoyed seeing my clients move more freely, gain deep strength, reduce pain and discomfort and keep their youthfulness. These past 5 years I’ve journeyed through perimenopause and now the menopause and I have struggled with joint pain and muscle tone loss and lets not forget the weight gain and mood swings! Pilates keeps me strong, calm and clear minded.

Let me guide you with calm instruction and I will teach you the exercises and all the levels. Together we will work through each exercise, learning and listening to our bodies, discovering our strength and flexibility.
