Are you ready to take your practice up a notch?

Now that we have covered the fundamentals in level one, let me guide you further into your pilates experience. Building on the foundations made, we will now go deeper into your strength and learn new stretches, you will be able to see just how far you have come from level one.

Part one will focus on new balance skills, new strength exercises and we will revisit some of the exercises previously covered in level one but with added layers to keep challenging your strength. You will learn new stretch sequences, moving deeper, reawakening and reconnecting to your body.

Part two focuses on two specific exercises to strengthen and mobilise your body, leaving you calm, focused and grounded for the day ahead of you.
