45 Minute Monday - 18th May

A 45 minute session to leave you feeling amazing. We started with the Hover, we did Press ups and the Plank, Side Leg Lifts into Clam and a strong combo on the ball with Baby Drops, Straddle, Straight Leg Scissor. Controlling our arms and upper back and adding in sit ups too. Phew!
