30 Minute Blast - 6th January

This really was a 30 minute blast with Plank, Press ups, on all 4’s back work, Cocking of the leg, Lean Backs, Saw, Seated Roll Up, Double Toe Taps into Double Leg Pushes, Criss cross and the Clam. Phew!
