My LIVE ONLINE pilates classes are just what you need!

If you are completely new to pilates and would like to improve your pelvic floor, core muscles, overall body tone and learn how to relax and unwind, my gentle weekly classes will be perfect for you. With my 20 years of experience and knowledge I will guide you and support you as we work together improving our balance, renewing our energy and loosening up our tight bodies.

With the choice of a 30 minute gentle Stretch class every Monday, Chair Pilates every Tuesday and a 30 minute gentle Mat Pilates class every Wednesday, you have the option to join in the live zoom classes or use the Members Video Library to create a workout to suit your routine.

Each class is unique, with tailored variations and guidance, suitable for all ages and abilities.

The support doesn’t stop there, I am always available after each class to connect and answer any questions.

FAQs

How do I sign up for live classes?

Lets start with an email to say hello and make contact. Everyone in the class is unique and it’s important that we discuss any medical issues and concerns before we begin this journey together. The classes are full of personality, I know you all and I am on this journey with you.

When do the live classes take place?

There are three different classes to choose from with a relaxing Stretch on Mondays, Chair Pilates on Tuesdays and a gentle Pilates on Wednesdays. The current class schedule can be found further up this page.

Where’s my Zoom Invite?

I will send you the Zoom invite to your inbox. If it hasn’t arrived in time please check your junk/spam folder or email me and I will happily send it again.

Do I need to book my sessions?

There is no need to book your sessions, you are welcome to come and go as you please. I love the surprise each time.

Where should I complete my workout?

Find a calm, quiet space within your home where you can stretch out on the floor. Most people use their bedroom or sitting room. Dogs are welcome, in fact encouraged, as I love getting to know your best friend.

The benefit of the classes being on zoom is that you can literally workout anywhere with a Wi-Fi connection, so why not mix it up and take your class into the garden on a sunny day or take us on holiday.

Do I need any equipment?

You may wish to lay on a mat or blanket for your session, as long as you are comfortable, that’s all that matters.

A yoga block or neck block can be handy, but not essential. I find a rolled up hand towel is perfect for most jobs!

For Chair Pilates you will need a chair without side arms.

Can I do more than the two classes each week?

Of course! The classes are suitable for daily practice. I advise all participants to familiarise themselves with the fundamental elements before engaging in a workout and to seek further advice if needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?
