A Stretch Video to Ease Joint and Muscle Discomfort
I have created this video with you in mind and I hope the gentle ease of this video helps you to flow effortlessly throughout your day.
Move gently and listen to your body as you awaken tight muscles and sore joints. If anything hurts or feels uncomfortable, please ease off and maybe revisit another day.
Joining in with the Beginners stretch video is a gentle way to ease into your Pilates practice. Have a hand towel or cushion nearby for extra support where needed, ensuring you can maintain comfort throughout the movements. Remember to listen to your body carefully and take your time with each stretch, allowing yourself to progress at a pace that feels right for you.
