Start Your Journey Today

Hello, and welcome to my three level pilates programme, I am so thrilled to share these wonderful videos with you.

These online pilates videos have been designed with all levels of practice in mind, from beginner through to advanced, each one full of encouragement, guidance and step-by-step instruction.

Being a low-impact exercise, pilates is wonderful for grounding yourself and re-connecting with your body, helping reduce pain and aid recovery from injury.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, you will find layer upon layer of strength and stretch to reawaken and tone your body.

Each video is approximately 30 minutes, spilt into two sections, part one being 20 minutes and part two being 10 minutes. Part one starts with a gentle warm-up and balance work, before moving into stretch and strength. Part two is 10 minutes, allowing you to just dip in and do a quick workout, setting you up for the day ahead. Each part can be completed separately, or add the two together and really connect your body and mind.

At the end of your practice, you will feel empowered, stronger, energised and revitalised. I promise that your body will thank you for it’s new lease of life!

Not sure where to start?

Level One is for the complete beginner, somebody who hasn’t yet started their pilates journey but has often wondered what its like. I will guide you and look after you, taking things gently but with lots of opportunity to grow.

Level Two is for those who have some background knowledge of pilates, or who maybe haven’t practiced for some time but want to get back into it. The perfect opportunity to refresh your practice and try some new exercises along the way.

Level Three is for the more advanced, somebody that currently does regular pilates or who has only recently had a break. There are still all the fundamentals in here but with the freedom to be able to work more deeply if you are feeling strong and energetic.

The Complete Bundle gives you the flexibility to mix all three levels, dependant on how you feel each time you go to practice.

You will have lifetime access to your purchased level(s).

WHERE SHOULD I COMPLETE MY WORKOUT?

Find a calm, quiet space within your home where you won’t be disturbed. The benefit of the programme being accessed digitally is that you can literally workout anywhere with or without a Wi-Fi connection.

DO I NEED TO DO A FULL WORKOUT EACH TIME?

No, not at all! Each level comprises of two parts, one 20 minutes and the other 10 minutes. You can either do both as a complete workout or just pick the one which suits your time and energy.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COMPLETE A WORKOUT?

The videos have been designed to be suitable for daily practice. I advise all participants to familiarise themselves with the fundamental elements before engaging in a workout and to seek further advice if needed.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

You may wish to lay on a mat or blanket for your session, as long as you are comfortable, that’s all that matters.

A yoga block or neck block can be useful, but I find a rolled up hand towel is perfect for most positions.
