Start your pilates journey with level one of my three step programme.

In this video I will teach you the correct technique and positioning, giving you the foundations and confidence to grow, connect to your body and to see just how amazing you are.

Part one focuses on a gentle warm up and balance work, followed by five fundamental strength exercises, for all-over body toning and conditioning, no area gets left out. The stretch exercises throughout will reawaken your body, improve your posture and allow you time to re-connect.

Part two focuses on two specific strength and mobility exercises; sit-up roll and shoulder bridge, quickly and effectively covering both strength and mobility. Perfect for giving you a quick pilates buzz and getting your day started.
